What should I bring to my first class?
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing. We provide props like blocks and straps, bring your own if preferred.
Do I need to have previous yoga experience?
I was a complete beginner when I joined, but the instructors made me feel so comfortable.
What is the cancellation policy?
I love how flexible their cancellation policy is. Life can get busy, and knowing I can reschedule a class without hassle gives me peace of mind
Are there any membership options?
